ANNABEL'S CELEBRATES 60 YEARS IN MAYFAIR WITH A STAR-STUDDED EVENT
Thursday evening brought an exciting and glamorous evening event to Berkeley Square, as Annabel’s celebrated its 60th anniversary with Don Julio 1942. The guest list included Ricky Martin, Nicola Coughlan, Damson Idris, Ellie Bamber, Sir Rod Stewart & Penny Lancaster, Hayley Atwell, Liam Payne, Yasmin Finney, Gene Gallagher, Emma Weymouth, Aweng Chuol, Rahi Chadda, Leonie Hanne, Louis Partridge, Wallis Day, Xenia Tchoumi and Richard & Patricia Caring, Co-Chairs of Annabel’s (The Birley Clubs).
Ricky Martin took centre stage, singing an electrifying medley of his iconic singles including “Shake Your Bon-Bon”, “She Bangs” and “Livin’ La Vida Loca”. A stunning performance reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe captivated the crowd with a mesmerising rendition of the legendary "Happy Birthday Mr President" song; and Honey Dijon graced the DJ booth in the nightclub, keeping guests dancing until the early hours.
VIPs including Andrea Bocelli, Anna Wintour, Arizona Muse, Bob Geldof, Cliff Richard, Damien Hirst, David Furnish & Sir Elton John, Edward Enninful OBE, Elizabeth Hurley, Goldie Hawn, Guy Ritchie, Jimmy Carr, Joan Collins, Kate Moss, Michael Caine, Michaela Coel, Michelle Visage, Naomi Campbell, Nile Rogers, Penny Lancaster & Sir Rod Stewart, Sabrina Elba, Stanley Tucci, Tracey Emin came together in unison to extend warm birthday wishes to Annabel’s.
The Club shimmered with diamonds and iconic images of past VIPs who graced Annabel's over the years, including Ella Fitzgerald, Elizabeth Taylor, Elton John, Diana Ross, and Joan Collins. Cocktails embodied the everlasting grace of Annabel's and Don Julio 1942, including “Legacy 1942”, “Paloma Picante” and “Annabel’s Special: Homage to a Classic Champagne Cocktail”; available in the club throughout the month of June.

In addition, a "Happy 60th" dessert is available, a Vanilla Sponge Cake accompanied by Mint ice cream and drizzled with Warm Guanaja Chocolate Sauce. It is priced at £19.63, mirroring the year of Annabel's grand opening. The diamond jubilee-themed celebration was an extraordinary evening of glamour, paying homage to six decades of excellence and setting the stage for many more memorable moments to come.
