COCKTAILS & PAN-ASIAN FOOD: BELVEDERE + ICE POP-UP AT MAY FAIR BAR
May Fair Bar have announced Belvedere + Ice, an exclusive collaboration with Belvedere, which will result in a fabulous winterscape in the heart of Mayfair. This 7-week residency is bringing the alluring, icy landscape of the Belvedere bottle to life, with blue and white accented forestry and frosted detail adorning the May Fair Bar’s interiors. Visitors can try bespoke cocktails alongside contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine, from Tuesday 12th November to Tuesday 31st December.
This delightful icy haven will be set to music from May Fair Bar’s resident DJ’s, playing late into the night. Try one of Mayfair’s most exclusive cocktails: Belvedere + Ice, comprised of Richard Hennessy cognac, Madagascan vanilla-infused Belvedere Unfiltered vodka, Dom Perignon Brut Vintage 2009 & gold leaf - £300. This will be joined by five other bespoke vodka-based cocktails.
From 12pm until 4pm, an indulgent brunch menu will be available, featuring Asian-inspired small plates and salads. From 5pm, the Bar & Late Menu will offer a contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine until 11pm (9.30pm on Sundays), split into five sumptuous sections – Sashimi, Bao Buns, Robata Skewers, Classics & Sliders.
The Belvedere + Ice Experience offers an enhanced package for guests who book in advance: a table reservation for two, four or eight guests, sashimi selection, Robata skewers and a variety of drinks packages from £110 for two people. Guests looking for the ultimate May Fair night out can reserve a private booth for up to 15 guests, which also includes two magnums of Belvedere with mixers, three bottles of Laurent-Perrier Rose Champagne and still and sparkling water for £1,500.
