ENJOY YULETIDE AT CLEMENTINE'S: A CHRISTMAS WREATH-MAKING SOIRÉE

Upon entering the enchanting world of Shapero Rare Books, you get a profound sense of nostalgia. The redcurrant walls combined with the extensive array of historical literature and antique decor instantly transports you to days gone by. As guests, my friend and I descended a staircase which led to Clementine's, their new complimentary space below the bookstore, to view their immersive event which promised a night of vintage elegance.
For a limited time, Clementine's will offer a month-long soiree from November 15th to December 14th in which revellers can partake in a wreath-making workshop made even more seasonal with champagne, Christmas cocktails, and an abundance of delightful dishes included.
In collaboration with Amie Bone, the visionary floral artist, and AP&Co, the esteemed luxury London caterer, Shapero Rare Books has crafted their unique pop-up on New Bond Street, which is easily accessed from Bond Street or Green Park.
My companion and I relished in an array of dishes such as the beautifully presented pigs in blanket Wellington, delicate smoked salmon and caviar blinis, with irresistible vegetarian butternut and wild mushroom mince pies- spoilt is not the word! All of these were artfully presented by AP&Co which focuses on locally sourced, seasonal produce and sustainability.
The indulgence didn't stop there though! And continued with an array of desserts, including macarons, chocolate rolls, Fiddle leaf fig and hibiscus presents, with Christmas Kir Royals and a Festive Spritz—I mean, tis the season after all!
Clementine's will host their wreath-making workshop alongside the menu, where guests can engage in a traditional creative activity with Amie Bone, crafting a personalised wreath to take home. For those in pursuit of the perfect Christmas present for the seemingly impossible, Shapero's will also offer a VIP personalized shopping experience afterwards.
