THIS WEEK: FREREJEAN FRÈRES POP-UP WINE BAR AT CÉPAGE ON SAVILE ROW

Cépage is an online bottle shop, subscription and cellar curation service that was born during the COVID-19 pandemic. They have opened a pop-up wine bar on London’s iconic Savile Row, open until 20th November. Located at the new luxury retail space, The Service, Cépage will host a series of innovative and exclusive tastings throughout the week, in collaboration with Cad and the Dandy. Champagne will be provided by Frerejean Frères.

Cépage is a year-old concept founded by a sommelier and designer duo, Harry Ballmann and Beatrice Morris. Harry started his wine career at nearby Wiltons, before opening FOLIE on Soho’s Golden Square, with a wine list featured in Wine List Confidential’s Top 100 lists in London. Beatrice’s work includes the Royal Academy of Arts’ ‘RA Lates’ and commissions from the All England Tennis Club’s Wimbledon Championships.
