THE BABY CHECKLIST: 11 PREGNANCY & NEWBORN ESSENTIALS FOR MUMS
As some of you will know, I am expecting my second baby in December 2023. This autumn, I have busy curating The Baby Checklist, which features my top best 10 finds for mums and babies, from activewear to sleep solutions. I hope that this will be of use to anyone who is expecting a baby, but also to those who are looking for gift ideas for expectant mums!
1.) The Bump Plan Membership, £35 per month
Join prenatal fitness expert Hollie Grant during her pregnancy, and move through each trimester-specific pregnancy workout online as Hollie mirrors your pregnancy. With an education hub, live videos and a brilliant book, The Bump Plan have your pregnancy / post natal exercise sorted. There’s a 7 day free trial, and it’s £35 per month after that.
2.) Luxe Maternity & Postnatal Leggings, £55
Natal Active’s beautifully soft, squat-proof maternity leggings will get you through every stage of your pregnancy and they can be worn postnatally too. They are super flattering, featuring a high waist and a non-slip, over bump panel for extra support. A low rise waistline was designed to avoid irritating c-section scars, and the high tech fabric removes sweat as you work out. Perfect for daily use.
3.) SnuzBaskit & Natural Stand, £99.95
The SnuzBaskit is described by the brand as the ‘Moses Basket reinvented’. It’s bigger, stronger, lighter and more breathable, offering peace of mind at a delicate time. Mesh windows allow for better visibility and breathability, and the KinderFelt™ is soft, safe and 100% recycled. It’s super comfortable, with a 3D breathable mesh mattress, and the foldable, solid-wood frame is sustainbly sourced. It really is as good as it looks!
4.) SnuzCurve Pregnancy Support Pillow, £49.95
The SnuzCurve pregnancy pillow was carefully created by health professionals and experts to effortlessly encourage you into a safe and comfortable sleep position when you need it the most. The KneeBlade™ takes pressure off your hips, legs and ankles, whilst the upper part of the pillow takes the pressure off your bump. Use it alongside your normal head pillows, wash in the machine as required and store in the cotton bag provided when you want to stow it away. In our opinion, this is the most comfortable, cool and convenient pregnancy pillow on the market.
