Beauchamp Estates Book Launch - Gary and Olga Hersham
Gary Hersham, Founder of Beauchamp Estates, has revealed Anthology, a property book that explores the history, Royal, billionaire and celebrity connections of his most famous ultra-prime instructions. This 121-page glossy hardback book recently launched at a special party in St John’s Wood.
Anthology includes the UK’s most expensive home, sold by Beauchamp Estates - the £220 million Rutland Gate mega-mansion in Knightsbridge, sold on behalf of a Saudi Royal family member to a Hong Kong billionaire. 93 Eaton Square in Belgravia also makes an appearence - the former London home of Prime Ministers Stanley Baldwin and Margaret Thatcher. Beauchamp Estates sold this property for £21 million on behalf of the estate of Mrs Henry Ford II to an American billionaire. Other homes in the book include the former St John’s Wood home of Robbie Williams and the former Mayfair home of socialite Nancy Mitford.
