NEW: AKASHI-TAI AND THE IVY ASIA LAUNCH THE 'SAKE SENSATIONS' MENU
This Autumn, the Sake brand, Akashi-Tai, has announced a new pairing menu and cocktail menu in partnership with The Ivy Asia. Across eight venues in the UK, the Sake Sensations menu will showcase the finest flavours of Japanese culture, offering an elevated dining and drinking experience to share.
With sake drinkers on the rise all over the world, The Ivy Asia’s expert mixologists have collaborated with Akashi-Tai to curate an unmissable cocktail menu featuring the artisan sake, so guests can enjoy the luxury of Eastern culinary excellence from the comfort of The Ivy Asia. For plant-based guests, a vegetarian pairing menu is also available.
Akashi-Tai uses only the highest quality ingredients to produce liqueurs, sparking and dry sakes. Their artisan products are handmade in small batches in an independent, family-run brewery that has been preserving Sake Heritage since 1856.
The Sake Sensations menu is available from 13th September - 7th November 2023
