MAYFAIR'S NEW PREMIER DESTINATION: GPE'S MEDICI COURTYARD, HANOVER

Great Portland Estates plc (GPE) recently announced its 8,400 sq ft Medici Courtyard, located at the centre of Hanover, soon to officially open to the public. Excitingly, GPE’s latest 221,500 sq ft mixed-use development will be one of the first public courtyards to open in Mayfair for more than a century.
The 1.3-acre mixed-use development includes brand new offices, retail units and luxury residential apartments. There is only one opportunity left for a business to take the remaining office at 1 Medici Courtyard and all six apartments have already sold. Leading retailers that will appear in the retail spaces include Pronovias, opening in early 2022; and Moyses Stevens, opening later this year. Luxury Italian menswear brand, Canali, will also join the line-up.
Other new additions to the area include No. 20 Hanover Square, now officially home to the new London Fashion Academy, supported by luxury footwear designer, Jimmy Choo. Joey Ghazal’s The MAINE Mayfair is located at 6 Medici Courtyard, providing diners with access to an outdoor terrace and newly created Medici Courtyard.
GPE is still offering new retail units behind the refurbished period facades within the Hanover development, for luxury brands seeking an impressive new flagship premises on the prestigious New Bond Street. 67 and 68 New Bond Street are situated on a beautiful arcade that extends through to Medici Courtyard and opens onto Hanover Square.
