The Biltmore Mayfair, located in Grosvenor Square, has announced a partnership with renowned British jeweller Boodles. This collaboration introduces The Boodles Tea at The Biltmore, featuring an afternoon tea designed by The Biltmore, inspired by the classic designs of Boodles.
Celebrating Boodles' illustrious heritage, the afternoon tea is a visual and culinary tribute to the brand's renowned creations. The tea features an array of pastries and desserts delicately crafted by The Biltmore’s expert pastry chefs to echo the soft pinks of Boodles’ famous pink diamonds.
The cakes take centre stage, with the Boodles pink Apple & Vanilla Pearls reflecting the Boodles Luna Pearl Rose Gold pendant. The smooth white chocolate ganache and apple compote create a refined contrast, reminiscent of light on a polished pearl.
The Flower Choux, featuring milk chocolate ganache and blueberry gel, draws inspiration from the Flower Pink Diamond Platinum and Rose Gold, showcasing Boodles' intricate floral designs. The dried meringue adds a light texture, reflecting the artisans’ craftsmanship.
The Pear & White Chocolate Heart captures the romantic essence of Boodles' designs, combining white chocolate mousse and caramelized pears on a vanilla base, highlighting the blend of classic beauty and modern sophistication.
The Chocolate Explosion cake honours the bold and vibrant pieces in Boodles’ collection. Featuring Guanaja chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline, crystallised chocolate, and brownie cake, it is a rich cake that reflects the layered complexity of statement jewellery. The sugar flower on top adds a decorative element, reminiscent of Boodles' signature intricate detailing.
The Lemon and Chamomile Boodles Shortbread provides a delightful finishing touch.
