THE CELLAR SERIES AT PARK CHINOIS: MONTHLY WINE DINNERS WITH ORIN SWIFT

This month, Park Chinois is launching The Cellar Series, a series of monthly wine dinners in collaboration with award-winning winemakers, Orin Swift. The inaugural dinner will take place on the 23rd January, hosted by Master of Wine, Mark Pygott, followed by monthly dinners throughout the year.
Led by winemaker Dave Phinney, Orin Swift has gained an illustrious reputation as an iconic wine house, renowned for their ability to bring art and storytelling to life. Taking place in Club Chinois - inspired by the glamour of 1930s Shanghai supper clubs & cabarets - guests will be welcomed by the sounds of the resident pianist and a glass of sparkling wine before experiencing a bespoke five-course menu that pairs each course with one of Orin Swift’s vintages.
Priced at £285 per person, the menu has been expertly curated by Executive Chef Liang Koon Chuen.
