LAUNCH PARTY: JOEY GHAZAL OPENS THE MAIN MAYFAIR, HANOVER SQUARE
On the evening of Friday 29th October, Founder and Managing Partner Joey Ghazal launched The MAINE Mayfair with a glittering party for friends and special guests. Ahead of the restaurant’s opening to to the public on 15th November, guests danced the night away in black tie and ‘all that glitters’. Performers included Hazel Marimba, Giles Secret Sundaze, Jamie Safir Jazz Trio ft. Luca Manning, Cherise Adams-Burnett, Emma Smith and MANKO Cabaret Paris.
In The Drawing Room and The Terrace, guests enjoyed Fresh Shucked Oysters, Colossal Shrimp Cocktail, Tuna Tartare, Hamachi Ceviche, Cauliflower Taco, Crispy Fish Taco and Fennel Sage Chourizo.
In The Brasserie & The Tavern guests enjoyed Kale Caesar, Mushroom Truffle FlatBread, Verde Flat Bread, Short Rib Croquettes, NY Sirloin, Lemon Roasted Potatoes, and Key Lime Pie. Guests were also offered Jeio Prosecco and a selection of cocktails including Spicy Paloma, Negroni, The Cure and Dirty Pickled Martini.
