THE DORCHESTER ROOFTOP IS BACK, INSPIRED BY A SECRET ENGLISH GARDEN
The Dorchester Rooftop is back, boasting a brunch-style sharing menu curated by culinary director Martyn Nail. This sought-after Mayfair dining spot transports guests to a secret English garden with marvellous views across Central London, featuring herb gardens, foliage-covered decking, flowerpots and fairy lights.
The summer inspired menu presents tempting dishes with an immersive dining experience. Expect caviar, oysters and fruit de mer; grilled Cornish lobster fregola, côte de boeuf and truffle risotto; summer berry cheesecake and The Dorchester signature 68% chocolate parfait.
This year’s cocktail menu includes ‘Endless Summer’ and the ‘Prairie Breeze’, infused with herbs and botanicals from the herb garden and garnished with flowers. Some cocktails can be served tableside from a bar trolley with a mixologist demonstration. Light nibbles to accompany this menu include tempura prawns with ponzu mayonnaise, rooftop sliders and truffle eclairs.
The restaurant and bar will be open Thursday through to Saturday for lunch and dinner and lunch on Sunday, where guests can relax with a cocktail and unwind whilst listening to acoustic music and ambient nature sounds. Tables will be available for up to six guests and terrace umbrellas, heaters and blankets are available, should the weather decide to turn.
The Dorchester Rooftop will be open from Thursday June 29 until September 3, 2023. Reservations only and with a minimum spend of £60 per person.
