ANNABEL’S UNVEILS BOLÍVAR, A CULINARY JOURNEY THROUGH SOUTH AMERICA

Annabel’s have unveiled Bolívar, an exploration of South American cuisine, all while celebrating the rich tapestry of flavours and traditions from the region. Designed by Richard Caring, Co-Executive Chairman of The Birley Clubs, the vibrant and rustic charm of South America has found its home on the second floor of the Club, a space boasting a revamped bohemian aesthetic. With an original early 18th Century Antique stone fireplace, bold fiery colours, wooden furniture, and woven jute accents, a warm and inviting atmosphere inspired by the culture and landscapes of Latin America awaits.

The menu is expertly complemented by an exquisite selection of Southern American fine wines such as the ever-elegant and sophisticated 2005 Viña Almaviva from the renowned Puente Alto region in Chile and the Cheval des Andes, the result of the union between Château Cheval Blanc, premier grand cru classé “A” of Saint Emilion, Bordeaux and Terrazas de los Andes, a pioneer of cool-climate, high-altitude winemaking in Argentina, distinguished by its fresh and vibrant notes. 

An extensive array of agave spirit cocktails are also available to indulge in favourites like the Bolivar Margarita, Batida Tropical, and El Libertador, each featuring a twist on South American classics. 

Bolivar will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with the added ambience of DJs mixing Latino beats each Saturday night.
