COMING SOON: GEODE, A NEW DINING CONCEPT IN THE HEART OF KNIGHTSBRIDGE

Geode is opening on Thursday 14th September on Beauchamp Place. Named after a mesmerising crystal, Geode promises an unparalleled dining experience with decadent interiors and a seasonal menu with Mediterranean & Asian influences. Led by Salvatore Broccu and Marios Louvaris (ex- Novikov Group), Geode is bringing a new dining concept and some old school glamour to the heart of Knightsbridge.
This exciting new 7,000 sq. ft dining hot spot will be set across three floors of a Georgian townhouse. Enter through the copper door and you will be met with a unique cocktail bar, featuring a geode design, with colourful stones across the bronze front. Make your way up to a split-level mezzanine with an elegant conservatory and an open-plan kitchen, where beautifully plated dishes and tempting cocktails await. There is a second dining area on the upper floor, providing an intimate dining experience.
Executive Head Chef Francesco Scala brings Mediterranean influences to the split menu, while Japanese Chef Yuka Aoyama is infusing Asian flavours into the immersive dining adventure. Expect fresh and seasonal dishes using local ingredients. The all-black exposed kitchen overlooks the conservatory, and a dedicated Robata Grill, Rotisserie Station and Pizza Oven are on show, where the skilled chefs can be seen, working their culinary magic.
Each evening, as the lights softly fade, live music will commence and diners can expect an atmospheric transformation. The upper restaurant will remain the same, whilst downstairs, the vibrant bar and lounge area will light up the senses with live music, for those seeking a a late-night culinary delight.
Studio Sagrada and Neha Beriwala are behind the stripped back interiors that effortlessly blend rugged charm with luxurious elements. A unique, jagged hole on the backlit wall behind the bar will be a focal point - diners can see through into the conservatory, encompassing the contrasting beauty that Geode stands for.
