MAYFAIR COCKTAIL RECIPE: 'THE GOLDEN NEGRONI' BY 45 PARK LANE
Looking for a brilliant Mayfair cocktail recipe to try at home this week? Today, we are introducing a special Negroni recipe created by Francesco Orefici, Bar Manager at BAR 45 at 45 Park Lane.
The ‘Golden Negroni’
Serves: One drink
Ingredients:
30 ml of Botanist Gin
15 ml of Italicus
15 ml of Suze Liqueur
30 ml of Martini Ambrato
Glass: Stemless Burgundy Glass
Garnish: One lemon peel
Method: Pour the Botanist Gin, Italicus, Suze Liqueur and Martini Ambrato into the mixing glass filled up with ice cubes, and stir for 8-10 seconds with a long bar spoon (mixing spoon). Using a cocktail strainer, poor the chilled liquid into a stemless Burgundy glass over a large ice chunk, or a few cubes of ice depending on what you have. Squeeze the lemon peel over the cocktail, twist and let it drop into the glass. Enjoy your Golden Negroni!
