Nicolas Rouzaud and his talented team at Connaught Patisserie on Mount Street have been busy crafting two beautiful new creations ahead of Valentine’s Day 2023, and we cannot wait to get our hands on them.
A divine chocolate cake to share features dark chocolate, chocolate crumble with a feuilletine crunch, dark chocolate mousse, chocolate pain de gene, blackcurrant creme, blackcurrant compote and red glaze topped with a chocolate rose.
The much-loved Connaught Hound will be dressed for the occasion in vibrant red - a lychee and raspberry mousse, white chocolate and almond glaze and (gluten free) joconde sponge.
